so another snowboarding weekend has gone by and i cant say that ive gotten much better!  the guy we bought tickets from on ebay ripped us off...we bought 8 tickets but there were only 6! thank god more people didnt come and that kelli had her season pass. this time it wasnt as fun as the first cause of all the drama and stuff...but i hope they forgive us.  we really didnt mean to do what we did! and i have to go again for sure cause i got a free rental ticket! my bindings didnt fit right the first time so when i went back he gave me a free voucher thing!  The lady there kept on asking me whether i wanted to buy insurance in case i broke the board or something for like 3 bucks but then i thought...noooo..i dont need it cause i dont ride it that hard anyway. and then...guess what...i broke the binding. the strap was all bent out of shape so when i gave it back to them..i like hid it as best as i could. hahah...i hope they dont find out and just randomly charge me for it... anyways on the last run before heading home...we went down this valley thing which was kinda steep (well for me it was!!) and i tried to do those linking turns that creighton does so well...bad idea. my board clipped and i like flew into the air on my head.  that hurt sooo much...and then i lost my sunglasses....but that just gives me an excuse to get goggles!! hahaha....anyways me and scott ate it pretty hard those last 2 runs so our heads were pounding when i drove back home. it was a pretty tiring day but it was worth it! the next day i was SO SORE....you dont realize how heavy your head is until your hurt your neck muscles...

on a side note, i found a cute date to prom! go me! now i just have to get all my stuff ready in these last 2 weeks before i go to russia...so excited!

so yesterday me scott and annie went to sport chalet in la canada to look at the spy comet goggles that we want SOOO bad but when we got there it was all sold out.  then the lady there was like...its ok....theres another store like 10 minutes away in burbank...you just get on the 210, the 2, and the 134. so we were like...alright...doesnt seem that hard right? WRONG. the dumb ass lady forgot to tell us that the sport chalet was off the 5.  so we ended up off the 101 near universal studios! argh...stupid lady. then we got back on the freeway...missed the onramp and had to go back on AGAIN! man....the 10 minute drive turned into a half an hour torture run. when we FINALLY got there we just messed around the whole time, putting on helmets that made our heads look huge and trying on every SINGLE goggle in the store. then we walked out empty handed.  all that trouble for nothing...

i got a hair cut! at least now i dont have that gap where i have only like 2 layers. even the hair stylist was like...damn...you really needed a hair cut girl!

hmmm...today was boring as hell...but i cant wait til saturday! only 2 more days!

so two weeks ago me scott annie and jerry went snowboarding at mountain high for the very FIRST (5th for annie) time!  so the day before we went shopping at ralphs for lettuce, tomatoes and bread and stuff to make sandwiches for the trip. were so lame....we couldnt decide for like a half and hour whether to get a head of lettuce or those bags of lettuce leaves that are prewashed and stuff. heh. anyways, i brought the tomatoes home thinking itll be easy to just cut them in slices but i realized i totally suck at it. i either cut huge obese slices or these paper thin ones that fell apart.  and then after all that hard work...i left them at HOME.  pissed me off!

so we got there pretty early since we met at annies house at 7. then we rented our huge ass boots and disfunctional boards which took forever. we walked outside and there we realized that the hardest part was not boarding....it was WALKING up the damn mountain with our ten pound BOOTS! i think thats where the majority of my soreness came from. so we took a 2 hour class where annie showed us all up hahaha. after we ate lunch and found out i forgot the tomatoes we went back up to FINALLY board on our own. highlights of the day: scotts big ass 360 degree falls where he ate it HARD. jerrys way of stopping...falling and dragging his board. annies jump off the snow ramp and totally eating it! my falling in that ditch next to the guard rails...and i couldnt get up! i had to take off my board and everything. fun stuff. here are a few pics:

so yeah i decided to update after like 3 months heh. anyways todays my bday (and robins)!  i never thought id ever turn 18. i still remember when me and crystal used to talk about what we'd do when we were FINALLY adults like move out and not care about what our parents said. we were SO naive back then haha. now all these guys want me to go to strip clubs with them to use me as bait . and oh yeah, winterformal was a lot of fun (thanks jerry!). it was one of the better dances ive been to. thanks to annie and kelli who helped me lace up my dress! that thing was such a hassle...i dont think im gonna wear a strapless dress ever agan. i also really liked my hair! i think i might do something similar for prom.... well yeah thats as descriptive as its gonna get cause no one really reads this anyway....

hey everyone, its 3 in the morning right now and i JUST got done with uc apps and personal statements. i was all stressed out and i was like EF it! im just gonna send it in and who gives a crap! and then i sent it....and now its like...im so scared! its like the FATE of my life is in their hands! and then you get that nervous feeling where your all hollow inside and you want to barf. all you juniors out there...enjoy it while you can! but then again its such a relief. no more stressing and no more writers block. its sad but literally i have no life now. i guess all i can do is wait and see....=(  good luck seniors!
